The Performance Management System is aimed at achieving personal objectives in parallel with the company's goals. In the assessment system, which is based on the Balanced Scorecard technique, the objectives are determined and agreed by the beginning of each year. Achievement of objectives are followed up through the guidance and progress meetings held in the middle of the year and the required revisions are made, if deemed necessary. Assessment is carried out at the end of the year, through comparison of the achieved objectives with those of targeted objectives.
The assessments made at the end of the year are reflected in performance scorecards at the specified ratios. The performance assessment results provide a source for rewarding.
