The goal of our Recruitment and Placement process is to recruit candidates to our organization that can adapt to the corporate culture and corporate targets, who have the knowledge, skills, experience and competencies required by the position, and who are open to advancements and innovation. In the light of the requirements of a particular position, all or some of the following assessment tools are employed in order to determine the suitability of new graduates or experienced candidates for the position in question.
